Shipping Policy

Processing Times

HBCU CRWNS is proud to deliver premium, detail-rich apparel officially licensed across our HBCU partner schools. Because of the craftsmanship involved — silk-infused fabrics, custom detailing, and campus-specific licensing — our products are made with care, not mass-produced overnight. Please review the timelines below before placing your order:

  • In-stock items: 3–5 business days processing before shipment.
  • Preorder / Made-to-Order items: 3–4 weeks processing from the date of order before shipment. This is the standard production window for preorder drops and is not a shipping delay — it's the time required to produce your item.
  • Once an order ships, standard carrier transit time (typically 3–7 business days) applies on top of processing time.

By placing an order — especially a preorder — you acknowledge and agree to the processing timeline above. Preorder items are produced in limited batches specifically because of demand, so timelines will not be expedited except where express shipping is separately purchased and available.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders of $150 or more.
  • Flat-rate shipping of $7 on all orders under $150.
  • Rates apply to domestic U.S. orders unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is emailed as soon as a label is created. Please note: for preorder items, a tracking number being issued does not always mean the item has physically shipped yet — carriers sometimes generate labels ahead of pickup during high-volume drops. If tracking appears "not moving" for a few days during a preorder window, this is expected and not a lost package.

Delays

HBCU CRWNS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs (for international orders), or other events outside our control. We will always do our best to communicate proactively about any known delays.

Preorder Policy

Preorders are a core part of how HBCU CRWNS operates. Here's what every customer agrees to when purchasing a preorder item:

  1. Preorders are not in-stock, ready-to-ship items. Each preorder is produced after the order is placed, based on demand for that specific drop.
  2. Estimated ship time is 3–4 weeks from purchase date. This window is disclosed at checkout and on the product page for every preorder listing.
  3. Preorders are Final Sale. No cancellations, returns, or refunds once a preorder is placed, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error made by HBCU CRWNS (wrong item shipped, etc.). See the Return & Refund Policy below.
  4. Order changes (size, color, shipping address) must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing collegiatelifestyle.us@gmail.com. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
  5. By completing checkout on a preorder item, the customer confirms they have read and accepted this policy. This acknowledgment is recorded at the time of sale.
